Refund Policy for SkillCodex

Introduction

At SkillCodex, our priority is to offer quality education. Recognizing that our courses might not fit everyone’s needs, we provide a transparent refund policy to ensure a fair experience for our users.

Services & Purchase Plans

1. Free Courses: No payment is required, and as such, no refunds are applicable.
2. Paid Individual Courses: Courses that are purchased individually come with a 15-day refund policy, excluding GST.
3. Course Bundles: A collection of courses offered at a discounted rate when purchased together. Bundled courses are eligible for a refund within 15 days of purchase, excluding GST.
4. Membership Plans: Access to multiple courses or content for durations like 1 day, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. Membership plans are NOT eligible for refunds.
5. Group Purchases: Special rates for users buying access for multiple individuals. Group purchases can be refunded within 15 days of the purchase date, excluding GST.
6. SkillCodex Points Purchase: Buying courses using SkillCodex Points will not be eligible for any refunds.

Payment Methods

Payments on SkillCodex can be made through various channels:

• For Indian Users: Via Razorpay.
• For International Users: Through STRIPE or Binance Crypto Payments.

Eligibility for Refund

1. Timeframe: For individual courses, bundled courses, and group purchases, refund requests must be initiated within 15 days of purchase.
2. Course Progress: Refunds are applicable only if less than 30% of the course has been completed.
3. Content Integrity: Course content should not be shared outside of SkillCodex.
4. Legal Use: Content should not be used for unauthorized or illegal activities.
5. Account Security: Sharing of account details or course passwords is prohibited.

Procedure for Refund

1. Submission: Fill out the [Refund Request Form].
2. Evaluation: Our team will review your request against the eligibility criteria.
3. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. The reflection of the amount in your account might vary based on your payment provider. GST is non-refundable.

Exceptions & Rights

SkillCodex reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of:

• Violation of our terms of service.
• Evidence of fraudulent behavior.
